Quality Control and Performace Auditing
CSG offers comprehensive computer-based data reports that accurately track performance of our services. We offer a thorough Quality Control Inspection methodology that monitors the performance of services, customer service requests and complaint and suggestion procedures. Our clients have found that our Executive Management team is highly proactive and our quality assurance oversight program accurately predicts upcoming needs. CSG not only provides scheduled quality control inspections but also has implemented a series of random inspections that underscore our commitment to both detail and consistency.
Daily Reporting and Ongoing Training
Contact Services Group has additionally implemented corrective action procedures through the generation of “Action Alert” work tickets. We have found the many small issues can be identified, corrected and accounted for before they become problems that can cost our customers time and money. Our site supervisors have an ongoing program of filling out daily completion reports at the end of every business day thus keeping everyone apprised of site schedules and performance. Furthermore they also are responsible for ongoing training of all their personnel to keep them not only at the top of their game but also to conform to any changes that our customers might require.
